Are the sculpting tools suitable for all skin types? It is suitable for all skin types. If you are sensitive to products, it is recommended to do a patch test first on your skin prior to use. The T-bar and 3D Sculpting tool is not recommended for those allergic to metal.

Can your products be used with other skincare products? It can be used with a facial serum, oil or a lightweight moisturiser.

Are the products waterproof? All the products are waterproof excluding the T-Bar tool and LED EMS Face and neck device.

Is it safe to use? It is safe to use, with the detailed instructions on how to use the products in the boxes.

What is the warranty period for the devices? 1 year.

How do I clean the devices? Wipe down with an Isopropyl alcohol wipe after every use and the ice roller can be rinsed under cool water.

Can I travel with the skincare sculpting tool device? Is it portable? The products are made easily to take with you anywhere on the go.
